Payment Policy

At MX Sports Athletic, we offer secure, convenient, and flexible payment options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

•       Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American Express, and other available brands);

•       Debit card;

•       PIX (instant bank transfer);

•       Bank slip (boleto bancário).

2. Credit Card Installments

Credit card purchases may be split into installments based on the conditions displayed at checkout. The minimum installment amount and the maximum number of installments may vary depending on the order total and card brand.

Interest-free installments are applied in accordance with the current policy and are shown at the time of purchase.

3. PIX Payment

PIX payments are processed instantly. After the QR Code or copy-and-paste code is generated, payment must be completed within 30 minutes. After that time, the order will be automatically canceled and a new order must be placed.

Orders paid via PIX are processed immediately after banking confirmation.

4. Bank Slip (Boleto Bancario)

The bank slip expires within 3 (three) business days of issuance. After the due date, the order will be canceled. Bank processing may take up to 2 business days after payment.

MX Sports Athletic will wait for payment confirmation before initiating order processing.

5. Transaction Security

All transactions are processed in a secure environment with SSL encryption. We do not store credit card data on our servers. We use certified and audited payment gateways.

6. Payment Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is approved. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

7. Payment Declined

If your payment is declined, please verify:

•       That your card details are correct;

•       That you have sufficient available credit or balance;

•       That your card is enabled for online purchases;

•       That your bank has not flagged the transaction as suspicious.

If the issue persists, please contact your card issuer or choose an alternative payment method.

8. Invoices

An electronic invoice will be issued based on the registration details provided at checkout and sent to your registered email address. For business purchases (CNPJ), please ensure your company details are correctly entered.

9. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Wholesale and bulk customers may negotiate special payment conditions directly with our sales team, including payment terms, installment plans, and exclusive payment methods.
